Trader - Winemaker since 2011, I buy grapes from organic farming that I will harvest myself and bring home (Berrie 86120) to process them without any inputs or added sulphites. I started making wine in Argentina, in the Mendoza region from 2011 to 2016, returned to France definitively at the end of 2011 but continued to harvest twice a year until 2016 to then focus exclusively on my French activity. . I was able to find a permanent place 2 years ago and am now settled in Berrie in Vienne at the crossroads between Maine & Loire, Indre et Loire, Deux Sèvres and Vienne south of Saumur and near Montreuil Bellay. I have a cellar, a storage building and troglodyte cellars for breeding under the house. I practice gentle vinification with little movement on the wines as well as long aging for the Cabernet Francs and the Chenins. Member of the "Natural Wine Method" Syndicate, I also joined the CA to work on the status of the Trader which would need more clarification.

Négociant - Vinificateur depuis 2011, j’achète des raisins issus de l’agriculture biologique que je vais vendanger moi-même et ramène chez moi (Berrie 86120) pour les transformer sans aucuns intrants ni sulfites ajoutés.
J’ai commencé à faire du vin en Argentine, dans le région de Mendoza de 2011 à 2016, suis rentré en France définitivement fin 2011 mais ai continué à faire 2 vendanges par ans jusqu’en 2016 pour ensuite me concentrer exclusivement sur mon activité française.
J’ai pu trouver un lieu pérenne il y a 2 ans et suis maintenant installé à Berrie dans la Vienne à la croisée des chemins entre Maine & Loire, Indre et Loire, Deux Sèvres et Vienne au Sud de Saumur et près de Montreuil Bellay . J’ai un chai , un bâtiment de stockage et des caves troglodytes pour les élevages sous la maison. 
Je pratique des vinifications douces avec peu de mouvements sur les vins ainsi que des élevages longs pour les cabernets francs et les chenins. 
Adhérent du Syndicat « Méthode Vins Naturels » , j’ai aussi intégré la CA pour travailler sur le statut du Négociant qui aurait bien besoin de plus de clarifications.
