This passionate farmer is also an innovator in his field. He is currently orienting the vineyard in biodynamics to meet the needs of nature and using ancient agricultural techniques such as animal traction, the plough... He is producing fine wines with excellent value for money. Vincent also grows wheat, potatoes and chickpeas, and has a very impressive composting facility! The climate is Mediterranean, with refreshing influences from the Cevennes mountains and the sea.
