Un vin sympathique et gouleyant : assemblage grenache blanc et ugni blanc vinifiés proprement en Ardèche sur un terroir argilo calcaire et baslatique. C’est fruité et ça sent le soleil. A peine gazeux à l’ouverture. Des arômes concentré de fruits jaunes, fraîcheur et un peu de rondeur en bouche. Servi dimanche midi avec des asperges blanches et un poulet fermier rôti aux légumes du sud. On a tout bu ! Un beau grenache nature du Sud.
C’est rond, gras, savoureux. Il y’a du corps dans tout ça. Ça donne envie de ne jamais s’arrêter...
