In its entirety, the field is conducted in Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture, certified by Ecocert and Demeter.
In Monnières and the neighboring towns, the work of Vincent Caillé and the entire team consists of expressing the three great terroirs of the Le Fay d'Homme estate.
