Vicent is a key player in natural wine on this side of the Pyrenees, president of the PVN association which brings together a large number of Spanish winegrowers, he only produces wines without sulphites. The vineyard is located in the municipalities of Carricola and Bèlgida, halfway between Alicante and Valencia, the plots with clay-limestone soil are partly inherited from his father, the vines are between 20 years old for the youngest at 70 years old for the oldest cultivated in agroecology with an approach of biodynamics from the vine to the cellar. The grape varieties are numerous, Tortosí, Tardana, Macabeu and a little Sauvignon blanc; for Grenache reds and a little Giró, Ull de llebre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot Whites, reds, oranges, still and ancestral wines, single-varietals and coupages, young and aging wines carefully stored in a large cellar at naturally controlled temperature and humidity. The annual production is more than reasonable with around 9000 bottles, natural and without added sulphites.

Blancs, rouges, orange, vins tranquilles et ancestraux, monocépages et coupages, vins jeunes comme de garde précieusment conservés dans une grande cave à la température et humidité contrôlées naturellement. La production annuelle est plus que raisonnable avec environ 9000 bouteilles, naturels et sans sulfites ajoutés.
