Our small vineyard of 3.5ha is located in white Périgord, far from 40kms of the AOC bergeracoise, in the middle of woods, strawberries... What we like about this island of biodiversity, isolated from the "mass", is its richness in life, its size and its "apart" side! Our desire and our objectives are to gently make our vines happy, to produce beautiful, healthy and ripe grapes, worthy of their terroir and the unique expression it gives off. Make lively wines with a strong and unique identity, clean and digestible! We work in AB and biodynamics, rich in not doing too much to the vines: Zero tillage, Zero trimming (but gentle rolling), Zero green harvesting or stripping, Zero amendments but a lot of herbal medicine and of course manual harvesting. We produce only in IGP Périgord and Vin de France to avoid the standardization caused by the specifications of the AOC and to show our disagreement with these same specifications of AOC authorizing ecocide chemistry and oenological techniques or inputs that erase the terroir! In the cellar, our key word is nature: Zero sulphites (as long as the wine does not "request" it), Zero yeast addition, Zero nitrogen, Zero fining and Zero filtration; there, our goal is to produce a wine only from grapes :)! The range is wide, from light, thirsty and fruity wines to longer and longer aging wines: 6 reds, 2 whites and 1 Pet Nat!
