Intense, warm, with a very little ( not disturbing at all) oxidation note. Perfect alone , but good to be paired with strong dishes ( goat cheese ... I would pair it with pizza too!) . Definitely love this wine . Great discovery!
Crisp, apple, fresh fruit, acidic, light bodiedp, low in tannin. Perfect wine for a warm, sunny day. Easy to take large sips “chuggable”, natural. Nice Vinho Verde for those who are tired of the “typical” Vinho Verde made popular in the late 90’s.
Excellent! On a bu des Vino Verde à Lisbonne sans jamais découvrir ce plaisir....il a fallu attendre de le dénicher aux Caves de Reuilly...
Après un séjour au Portugal où tous les vinho verde nous ont déçu ( trop acide, bonjour le tuyau...), nous avons découvert cette perle dans une cave du 11e à Paris : magnifique vivacité, belle fraîcheur, belle longueur, et surtout une acidité au service du goût ! Un régal sur des huitres du Finistère.
