We produce about 8-10 000 bottles from dry farming vineyard, 8-80 years old vines, without chemical fertilize and without pesticides, using only our hands.
We work with international and local varieties of grapes and we never use any intervention in our wines( no added market yeast, no added of any chemicals, less than 20 ppm sulfites, no egg fining, no protein collarization, minimum filtration, no cold maceration).
From the beginning to the end our goal is to produce the best and most delicious natural wines. We are blessed to be visited from people all around the world, sharing our passion with them!Β
