After several experiences in the wine trade in France, in several vineyards and after having vinified in the United States and Australia, I returned to the Jura in 2011 to be an employee of the family estate, I then vinified all the cuvées.
In parallel, in 2013, I created my domain with my own label on 2 hectares in production as well as an online wine sales site.
In 2018, I took over the family estate, I went from 2 to 11 hectares by merging the two estates.
It's time for me to radically change farming methods.
I have chosen to reduce tillage and the use of phytosanitary products, and I totally eliminate the inputs in the wine.
I produce my herbal teas, decoctions, macerations and fermentations of plants on the estate to increase the life of the soil, the defenses and the growth of the vine.
