The domain, fully certified in AB, is located in the commune of Lagorce, with an area of 15 Ha of vines and 2.5 Ha of olive trees.
Date of creation of the estate 2013, before this date my brother Jean-Daniel (the eldest) and my father Jean-Marc were in a cooperative cellar.
We definitively left the cooperative in 2018, which was a realization of our orientation to making wines at the estate and natural wines.
We also sell freshly harvested grapes, artisan traders who have the same vision as us on wines and vines.
The soils are clay-limestone more or less stony depending on the plots. The plots of vines are over a radius of 10km with several exposures ranging from the rising sun slopes and facing south to the south. full richer. The altitude is between 120m and 250m.
In the vineyard, we work with a tractor for heavy work (treatment, tillage, etc.) and for detailed work such as pruning, debudding , lifting, picking and harvesting we have employees.
The treatments used the vines are at agrave; base of copper and sulfur supplemented with with herbal teas (horsetail, nettle, etc.) to be able to use as little copper and sulfur as possible.
The olive trees were planted by our father Jean-Marc who at the beginning of the 2000s wanted to diversify production and use areas of infertile hillsides to plant vines and grapes. This era were destined for à the cooperative cellar.
All our wines are Natural wines and since 2022, they have been labeled “Natural” wines. Natural Method Wine. Depending on the vintages, we produce 3 to 10 vintages. 4 vintages of red and 3 to 4 vintages of white. All red vintages have no added sulphite. For white vintages I allow myself an addition of sulphite of 20 mg/l on the same day of bottling. All of our wines are made using natural ingredients. in French Wine.
