Our vines are located at the gates of the Haut-Languedoc natural park, in the scrubland surrounding Cessenon-sur-Orb, on clay-limestone soil. We produce on 5ha and since 2020 wines mainly from grape varieties that have built the history of the region: Carignan, Aramon, Alicante, Grenache... We work in a natural way in the vineyard (organic cultivation, use of manure and decoctions, harvest manual…) as in the cellar (indigenous yeasts, no inputs…). This in order to offer wines of pleasure, fine and typical and to improve the microbiological environment of the plots and soils. Visit possible all year round.
