Sans Terre is a project that took shape in 2021 following several years of reflection and listening to my fellow winegrowers. We are in the Gard Rhodanien, in a highly agricultural and wine-growing environment, in the village of Cavillargues for the cellar and in the town of Sabran for the vines. Following the advice of winegrower friends, I decided in 2020 to start as a merchant-winemaker. Not being very comfortable with this trader status, I found two fellow winegrowers/winegrowers working in organic farming to reserve some land in order to produce parcel wines. I'm building my cellar during spring/summer 2021 and launching crowdfunding at the same time because I no longer had the means to buy the first harvest. The amount harvested determines the quantity of grapes harvested, i.e. in 2021 30hl. We harvest ourselves by hand in boxes. The fermentations/macerations are done in whole bunches and native yeast, with little or no sulphites. Aging takes place in concrete vats or in barrels. The wines are in the Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône village appellations. The macerations and aging are long. We like mature wines expressing the best possible differences in terroirs while keeping freshness and fruit. Sans Terre est un projet qui s'est concrétisé en 2021 suite à plusieurs années de réflexion et d'écoute de mes collègues vignerons.
Nous sommes dans le Gard Rhodanien, dans un milieu hautement agricole et vinicole, dans le village de Cavillargues pour la cave et sur la commune de Sabran pour les vignes.
Suite aux conseils d'amis vignerons je décide en 2020 de me lancer en négociant-vinificateur. N'étant pas très à l'aise avec ce statut de négociant  je trouve deux collègues vignerons/viticulteurs travaillant en Bio pour réserver quelques terres afin de réaliser des vins parcellaires.
Je construit ma cave pendant printemps/été 2021 et lance en parallèle un financement participatif car je n'avais plus les moyens pour acheter la première récolte.
Le montant récolté détermine la quantité de raisin récolté, soit en 2021 30hl.
Nous faisons nos vendanges nous même à la main en caissettes.
Les fermentations/macérations se font en grappes entières et en levure indigènes, avec peu ou pas de sulfites.
L'élevage se fait en cuve béton ou en barrique.
Les vins sont en appellation Côtes du Rhône et Côtes du Rhône village. Les macérations et élevages sont longs. 
Nous aimons les vins mûrs exprimant le mieux possible les différences de terroirs tout gardant de la fraicheur et du fruit.
Pour des raisons de coûts et parfois parce que certaines parcelles sont en cours de conversion nous ne revendiquons pas le Label Bio.
