Since 2009, this artist has been working a little over 2 hectares of old vines (often hundred years old) near Chahaignes. No inputs, not even a little sulfur in the wines produced here, the cellar dug in the tufa that Thierry occupies allowing work at low temperature that is completely natural. Fermentations and aging are long (especially on Chenins), and the wines are sold once ready to drink.
