Simone, our oenologist, likes to say that this vintage was "infused" because he let the wine macerate with the skin of the Viognier grapes. This gave it a more tannic effect than in our previous white productions, but with a very delicate side that blends perfectly with the acidity of the sangiovese vinified in white. We have quite floral aromas (muscat and viognier)
