Southern Côtes du Rhône estate, in Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes, between Cairanne and Vaison-La-Romaine. 4 cuvées of organic wine, a vinification in indigenous yeasts, without fining, without filtration and of course without any other brutal intervention. Grapes than grapes, and a certification of less than 30 mg/l of total sulphites. 7000 bottles produced each year, the rest of the 12 hectares is sold in the form of organic and biodynamic grapes in Ste Cécile les vignes but also everywhere in France!
