The small commandery is created ex nihilo since fifteen years ago I had no vines and I was no longer a winegrower. With patience, I therefore acquired vines, learned to work, and switched to organic farming in 2007, and logically certified in 2011. I deepened this approach by producing sulfur-free wines since 2013. The idea of the domain is centered around simplicity. I work alone, ensuring the work in the vineyard, and in the cellar. Everything is done here and by my hands, from pruning to bottling. In that order, I don't get lost in the details. I intervene as little as possible: some plowing as strict mechanical weeding, manual harvesting, wines neither filtered nor fined, nothing at all. I only produce reds, rather for laying down.
