My work is part of the movement of natural wines. My plan is to give birth to a wine expressing the optimum of our local grape, Braucol, on its native soil of the south west. Frustrated by years spent in the service of investors & quot; winemakers & quot ;, I wish now perform uncompromising work, demanding but with ease. Indeed there is not here any sumptuous cellar, nor hi-tech equipment ... Just the essential at service of grapes and greediness. The integral wine in modesty and the most great simplicity. More concretely, I grow my vine in the respect of the specifications of Organic farming (not certified). Manual harvesting is done at maturity optimal. This is to say by no means in on maturity. Finally, I vinify my wine in the purest tradition, without the addition of oenological products. I want you to discover a craft work, in which you will find the expression of one of the most refined grape varieties of the South West, without artifice, frank and direct.

Mon travail s’inscrit dans la mouvance des vins naturels.
Mon dessein consiste à donner naissance à un vin exprimant l&#39;optimum de notre
cépage local, le Braucol, sur son terroir natal du sud ouest.
Frustré par des années passées au service d&#39;investisseurs &quot;vignerons&quot;, je souhaite
maintenant effectuer un travail sans concession, exigeant mais en toute simplicité.
En effet il n&#39;y a pas ici de chais somptueux, ni de matériel hi-tech...Juste l&#39;essentiel au
service du raisin et de la gourmandise. Le vin intégral dans la modestie et la plus
grande simplicité.

Plus concrètement, je cultive ma vigne dans le respect du cahier des charges de
l’agriculture Biologique (non certifié) . Les vendanges manuelles se font à maturité
optimale. C&#39;est à dire en aucun cas en sur maturité. Enfin, je vinifie mon vin dans la
plus pure tradition, sans adjonction de produits œnologiques.
Je souhaite vous faire découvrir un travail artisanal, dans lequel vous trouverez
l’expression d’un des cépages les plus raffiné du sud ouest, sans artifice, franc et
direct.
