Work the vines in a sustainable manner while respecting Nature in its entirety, maturing wines pure and distinctive that reveal the majestic landscapes of the Pyrenean foothills, our native land. These ideas guided our installation at the end of 2018 on the heights of Limoux (Aude). After having led our two careers in the press environment (journalism and distribution), we have found 6.5 ha of vines divided into six plots with distinct qualities. We take care of it, harvest by hand and vinify as naturally as possible, guided by the approach biodynamic.
