We are a 1.50 Ha microdomain located above Sté Croix du Mont in Bordeaux. We cultivate our garden in permaculture, biodynamics, agroforestry and do passive electroculture trials. All work is done manually. We are not mechanized, the vinifications are done without electricity except for lighting. No technology, no temperature control. No input or sulphites in all of our cuvées.
