Based in Anjou, in Aubance. After 8 years of learning by doing with several winegrowers from quite different backgrounds (La grange aux belles, Domaine de la Tournelle, Philippe Bornard, Frederic Agneray, Nicolas Grosbois) and in different regions, I am coming back to Anjou to settle down . Currently I have 2 ha of fairly, if not very, old vines (Chenin, Gamay, Grolleau, Cab franc and Cab sauvignon). To this is added a plantation in spring 2021 of 40 acres of Grolleau and Chenin. Not AB certified because I did not find the interest in justifying my way of working with a label (but I still ask myself this question and am considering certification soon). Superficial work of the soil with the tractor. Vineyard treatments: Bouillie Bordelaise and Sulfur. Manual harvest, rather low yields due to the age of the plots. In the cellar, vats, a few barrels, vertical presses. No SO2, no filtration, etc ... As the installation is gradual (and the vines are scarce), a small business currently balances my lack of plots. The grapes all come from organic farming labeled wine growers. The juices from this business are worked with the same desire as my own grapes. It is quite simply the transformation of a grape (or 2!) Into wine.

Installé en Anjou, dans l’Aubance.
Après 8 ans d’apprentissages par la pratique chez plusieurs vignerons d’univers assez différents (La grange aux belles, Domaine de la Tournelle, Philippe Bornard, Frederic Agneray, Nicolas Grosbois) et dans différentes régions, je reviens en Anjou pour m’installer. 
Actuellement j’ai 2 ha de vignes assez, voire très, âgées (Chenin, Gamay, Grolleau, Cab franc et Cab sauvignon). 
A cela se rajoute une plantation au printemps 2021 de 40 ares de Grolleau et Chenin. 
Pas certifié AB car je ne trouvais pas l’intérêt à justifier ma façon de travailler avec un label (mais je me pose encore cette question et envisage une labellisation prochainement). 
Travail superficiel des sols au tracteur. 
Traitements vignes : Bouillie Bordelaise et Soufre. 
Vendanges manuelles, rendements plutôt faible en raison de l’âge des parcelles. 
En cave, des cuves, quelques barriques, des pressoirs verticaux. Pas de SO2, ni de filtration, etc ... 
L’installation étant progressive (et les vignes se faisant rare), un petit négoce contre balance  actuellement, mon manque de parcelles.
Les raisins sont tous issus de vignerons labellisés en Agriculture Biologique. 
Les jus provenant de ce négoce sont travaillés avec la même envie que mes propres raisins. C’est tout simplement transformation d’un raisin ( ou 2 !) en vin.
