Ba c'est bon mon hurluberlu! Nez bien en place et concentré, vif. En bouche une belle vivacité et des petits tanins bien fins. Déjà facile à boire On attend que ça s'ouvre (on essaie).
Made by semi-carbonic fermentation in barriques, stirred frequently. The oak is mostly old, helping round the wine and giving some spiciness without overpowering the fruit. This 2015 was all about black cherries, even some dried figs, and violets on the nose. Some earthy and pencil shavings notes, certainly mineral and with a touch of game. Crunchy tannins, ripe, but with a bay leaf side, and refreshing acidity. More of a drink-now-during-lunch wine rather than a wine to keep.
Dégusté entre amis autour d'une grillade, j'avoue que nous avons manque de bouteilles. Achetée lors d'un salon nature à bdx c'était un coup de cœur qui s'est encore confirmé hier soir. Bravo au viticulteur de réjouir nos papilles.
Juste parfait équilibre du fruit retrouvé Et... l’impression de me faire rajeunir ce vin ;-)
Cabernet franc déroutant. Débouché sans doute trop tôt, meilleur le lendemain avec une souris discrète qui donnait de l‘ampleur.
