Dark red fruits, dirt, soft tannin, prickly minerality, slight VA but not too much. Delicious.
40 years old vineyard on stony clays maceration of whole bunches for 8 days. Maturation for 6 months in old barrels. Bottled with 1 g/hl of sulphur... Total sulphur 15 Complex, elegant floral, spicy and fruity nose. Cherry, blackberry, licorice, cinnamon, earth and leather. Dry and rounded palate with light body, without tannins, medium acidity and bitter finish

Robe, veloutée, couleur cassis. Nez, sirop de cassis, mûres écrasés. Fruits rouges, jus concentré de mûre et de cassis. Du fruit au naturel !
Magnifique !!! Quelle fraîcheur avec de la rondeur... Ca tabasse mais on a qu'une envie, la gorgée suivante !!
