Our family owns family Pusole which is located on the eastern part of Central Sardegna, in the region of OGLIASTRA.
Here at Azienda Agricola Pusole we are producing two types of grape named Cannonau ad Vermentino in different soil to make different wine, olive oil and grow the local species of semi-wild black-pigs called Razza Sarda from which we create a big varieties of products like sausages and prosciutto.
We work the soil often and the herb control is obtained by inviting herds of sheepskin our wineyards, giving us the opportunity to use the soil for other different farming methods, cultivating BIO products without using any type of herbicides or pesticides or chemical products.
