Terrassen Mosel vineyards, converting organic (uncertified), sunshine and rain, minimal intervention wine, wild-fermentation, low2no sulphur, no herbicides, aged in mature french oak and shiny stainless steel tanks, a whack load of insanity, and always vegan friendly.
