We were born peasants and the bond with the land is strong and binding at the same time. Wine here has always been an integral part of everyday life and, whether it's a meal or a game of cards, its place is on the table, just like bread and oil.
Therefore, no blazon wines, but identity wines, sincere and joyful, which want to give a smile to those who drink them.
We cultivate Albana, Sangiovese, Centesimino, Famoso and Trebbiano, all native Romagna varieties. In the countryside the yields are limited to the natural expression of the territory and in the vineyard we only use the least possible amount of copper and sulfur. In the cellar we use steel and cement tanks both for the vinification, which starts with spontaneous fermentation and only indigenous yeasts, and for the refinement we then use cleanliness, attention, minimal sulphites and a lot of patience.
We feel like wine artisans, which for us means following the SHORT CHAIN, having respect for the TERRITORY in which we are integrated and being concrete creators of environmental and social SUSTAINABILITY.
It means producing a unique and recognizable wine, in which to rediscover both the identity of the territory of origin and that of the winemaker who produced it. Health!
