Established in 2011 with 75 ares of vines in Arbois (Les Tourillons), we currently have an average area of 5 Ha with Ploussard, Chardonnay, Savagnin and Trousseau on the different terroirs of Pupillin, Arbois and Montigny les Arsures. We practice Biodynamics (without certification) by ideology and by "conviction". It is a "unique" science unique to whoever practices it. Everything fits into the intuition of the moment. It is a part of infinity that is revealed to the attentive winegrower! To continue this journey, and to respect the work of a year, we vinify in a natural way without any input, from the harvest to the bottling. We have Faith in our yeast population, and want a Living Wine! The aim is to find a balance between the terroir, the grape variety and the year. These three elements condition a wine, the art of the winegrower is to compose between these different elements with the Plus and Minus that a vintage can provide. Installés en 2011 avec 75 ares de vigne sur Arbois (Les Tourillons), nous avons actuellement une surface moyenne de 5 Ha avec Ploussard, Chardonnay, Savagnin et Trousseau sur les différents terroirs de Pupillin, Arbois et Montigny les Arsures.
Nous pratiquons la Biodynamie (sans certification) par idéologie et par « conviction ». C’est une science « unique » propre à celui qui l’exerce. Tout s’inscrit dans l’intuition du moment. C’est une part d’infini qui se dévoile au vigneron attentif !
Pour poursuivre ce cheminement, et respecter le travail d’une année, nous vinifions de façon naturelle sans aucun intrant, des vendanges à la mise en bouteille. Nous avons Foi en notre population de levures, et voulons un Vin Vivant !
L’objectif est de trouver l’équilibre entre le terroir, le cépage et l’année. Ces trois éléments conditionnent un vin, l’art du vigneron est de composer entre ces différents éléments avec le Plus et le Moins que peut apporter un millésime.
