The vines belonging to our grandfather, known as “Nan-Nan”, were converted to BioSuisse more than 10 years ago, at the time of his death. Ten years is the time it took us to get out of the traditional networks of the market, of these advantages and of their constraints. Thus the Cave de l'Ecarlat was born in 2020 within the family business. We practice a natural vinification, without any input or added sulphite, for an unpretentious wine, which can arouse curiosity and emotions through the living. Thus our wines respect the charter of the Swiss association vin-nature.ch of which we are members.
