2 families, 2 vineyards: one located in Taurasi (AV) and one in Lettere (NA). Studies in biology, agro-ecology, alongside studies on spontaneous fermentations, lead to the genesis of an agro-ecological management of the vineyard and total respect for the grapes in the cellar with only sulphite used as an oenological adjuvant. All the vineyard management is organic (self-certified Me.Mo. method) and is managed by the Moschetti family and the Mercurio family.
