I work 30 acres of vines on clay-limestone soils between the municipalities of Hattstatt and Obermorschwihr. These are family vines that I took over in 2020 following the retirement of my parents (previously the grapes were delivered to the cooperative). I practice agrobiology. The idea being to be as close and respectful of plants as possible. It’s a lot of work in my vines so that I can do without inputs and interventions in the cellar.
