Attention and Intent. Wines alive and respectful of nature. Two Franco-Brazilians fell in love with the village of Calce and settled there in 2018. 5 ha of vines are being converted to organic and an old wine cellar has been transformed into a modern and ecological cellar. The vines are not plowed, the treatments are based on plants and natural products. The harvest is manual. The vinification is natural, with a minimum of intervention, without oenological inputs and few added sulphites. The vines are in organic conversion with Certipaq (an associative, alternative organization with a unique and clear mission). They are conducted in biodynamics, not certified.
