The 4 hectares of vines are cultivated with respect for the living and the existing ecosystem: The vines and olive trees are brought to organic farming with the aim of converting them to biodynamic farming by 2018. Products like copper and sulfur are used wisely through processing frequencies, usage doses and well-managed product applications. The aim is to preserve the microbiological activity of the soil as well as the cultivation aids, to which we pay particular attention. In a qualitative approach and with a concern for respect for plants, almost all of the work carried out is manual. It also allows us to limit our carbon footprint. The vines are spontaneously grassed thanks to the flora naturally present on the plots, in order to minimize soil erosion and promote the appearance of organic matter, an essential element for soil fertility. The agricultural sector wishes to be part of a sustainable agriculture with the use of different agricultural practices whether organic, biodynamic or even agroforestry. As a continuation of the work carried out in the vines, in the cellar, the wines are made with indigenous yeasts, that is to say with the yeasts naturally present on the skins of the grapes so that the wines best express their terroir. In addition, the wines are neither fined nor filtered while limiting the oenological inputs in order to offer a product on the fruit, healthy and digestible.

Les 4 hectares de vignes sont cultivés dans le respect du vivant et de l’écosystème existant : 
Les vignes et les oliviers sont conduits en agriculture biologique avec pour objectif de les convertir à l’agriculture biodynamique d’ici 2018. 
Les produits comme le cuivre et le soufre sont utilisés à bon escient grâce à des fréquences de traitement, des doses d’utilisation et des applications de produits bien gérés. Le but est de préserver l’activité microbiologique des sols ainsi que les auxiliaires de culture, auxquels nous prêtons une attention particulière. 
Dans une démarche qualitative et dans un souci de respect du végétal, la quasi totalité des travaux effectués sont manuels. Cela nous permet également de limiter notre empreinte carbone. 
Les vignes sont enherbées spontanément grâce à la flore naturellement présente sur les parcelles, afin de minimiser l’érosion des sols et de favoriser l’apparition de matières organiques, élément essentiel à la fertilité d’un sol. Le domaine agricole tient à s’inscrire dans le cadre d’une agriculture durable avec l’utilisation de différentes pratiques agricoles qu’elles soient biologique, biodynamique ou encore agroforestière.
Dans la continuité des travaux effectués dans les vignes, à la cave, les vins sont élaborés en levures indigènes, c’est à dire avec les levures naturellement présentes sur les peaux des raisins pour que les vins expriment au mieux leur terroir. De plus les vins ne sont ni collés, ni filtrés tout en limitant les intrants œnologiques afin de proposer un produit sur le fruit, sain et digeste.
