We worked together in the same field for 2 years. When one left to learn how to vinify Mediterranean wines, the other staying in Burgundy, we wanted to continue working together. Our domain was born from the desire to keep our friendship alive.
Willy, the winemaker, is him. After starting out at Domaine De Montille, he took charge of the wines from Clos du Moulin aux Moines in Auxey-Durresses. Rich in these experiences, he has a deep knowledge of the terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. AMI is an opportunity for him to burst a bubble of madness.
Paul is the gentleman farmer. Having been trained in the art of tasting in London and Paris, he is the link between the city and the countryside. His passion for character wines led him to work with talented winemakers such as Oronce de Beler or Dominique Hauvette.
Our wines come from vines worked organically by winemakers who are also FRIENDS.
Our wines are vinified in a natural way, without any input
