The estate was created in 2006 on 4 plots: - 80 ares of old vines from Carignan sur Latour de France - 60 ares of old vines of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu on Montner - 50 ares of macabeu on Espira de l'Agly The work of the soil is done with the sweat of the man and the horse (service) and they only receive compost and water, when it wants to fall... The treatments, sulphur/copper and various plant decoctions, are carried out on the backs of men. The harvest is manual in boxes of 13kg and we only take what we could eat. In the cellar, we continue in the same spirit, letting the natural yeasts of the grapes do their work and only intervening by racking, aeration, and a lot of attention. The vinifications are done in sandstone jars and barrels of several years, the aim not being to mark the wines with wood. Bottling is done by gravity at the estate
