Du silex et du fruit, top sur cette finale de poivre blanc. 75cl ont un goût de trop peu...
Étonnamment toujours aussi bon mais différemment au bout de quatre ans
Il est grand temps d’évoquer la base de la base... Parce que c’est avec cette cuvée que j’ai découvert les vins non-conventionnels et surtout parce que, chaque année, c’est bon à s’en taper le séant par terre !
