Olfatto : lento lento miele, fiori di arancio, legno di ginepro, sottile sotto sotto minerale, piccole piccole erbe officinali, un giardino con cespugli e qualche bacca, non lontano dal mare Gusto-olfattiva: verso il basso, che pende, carnale poi rimane risale sulla lingua permane leggero legno caldo morbido piatto pietra orizzontale, scena di fiume a fine giornata. Conclusioni: ombra, mai invadente che avanza affianco, si affianca, offre una visione che continua a cambiare. Fa macerazione, affinato in anfora, gradazione 13%.
Sapendo il prezzo della bottiglia e avendone bevute altre di annate diverse avevo grandissime aspettative di questo vino, che si sono ridimensionate e contenute bevendolo. Ottimo, ma...
