Olivier Boulin is a bit of a UFO in the wine world. Having graduated from a master's degree in philosophy in his early life where wine already has an important place (he participates in the harvest every year), he decides to go vinify in Australia, in Chablis then at Sylvain Pataille in Marsannay. He obtains a Bts Viti-Oeno at the same time, then we find him sometimes in the vineyard, sometimes as a winegrower's agent and even a champagne specialist at Prowein fairs. His idea of starting the Nez de Goth wine adventure stems from these human encounters and adventures. Interviews and debates, sharing and confrontations are what thrills him. Its trading grapes come from organic or biodynamic agriculture, resulting from a living process. We discover multiple cuvées from Jura, Savoy and Burgundy.
