The vineyards are conducted against espalier and alberobello with double horizontal cordon pruning with 4/5 total spurs; "Lived" and "managed" according to absolutely natural times and ways, linked to the phases of the moon as well as to the secrets and techniques given to me by my father, which interact daily with the experience gained from over 40 years of viticulture. Philosophy of the company: "wine is produced in the vineyard and not in the cellar". This makes our wines, of the same type, closely linked to the vintages and to the production area.

Enò-Trio, una storia di famiglia legata al territorio. Nunzio Puglisi, Stefany e Désirée, il padre e le due figlie, il trio di Enò-Trio.
Presenza costante e quotidiana nei nostri vigneti in modo da poter intervenire agronomicamente in maniera mirata all’esigenza. Estrema cura e attenzione secondo le necessità delle piante.

La passione che dedichiamo alla cura della terra rappresenta essa stessa il coraggio per continuare a farlo.

I vigneti sono condotti a contro spalliera e alberobello con potatura a doppio cordone orizzontale con 4/5 speroni totali; “vissuti” e “gestiti” secondo tempi e modi assolutamente naturali, legati alle fasi lunari nonché ai segreti e alle tecniche donatemi da mio padre, che si interfacciano quotidianamente con l’esperienza maturata da oltre 40 anni di viticoltura.
 
Filosofia dell’azienda: “il vino si produce in vigna e non in cantina”. Questo rende i nostri vini, a parità di tipologia, molto legati alle annate e alla contrada di produzione.
