Trade of 4 ha in Saint Aignan sur Cher (41) and 1 ha in Beaumont en Véron (37) with rare grape varieties and classic grape varieties from old vines, some of which are complantations with different mixed grape varieties. Manual harvest and quite late. The vinifications are natural and depend on the vintage, the plot and the type of wine we wish to obtain. All handling of the wine as well as its bottling are done without sulphur, by gravity and by hand.
