After starting her career in the Loire at Domaine Le Briseau with Christian Chaussard, Nathalie went down to Hérault (more precisely to Aspiran) with the project of vinifying southern grapes. At the time of this writing, the grapes used are all those of Emile Hérédia, another great Loire winegrower who migrated to sunnier lands
