Amazing! One of my favorite examples of just how varied the the viniculture is in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. On the nose fresh, free run raspberry juice drizzled on lightly toasted southern biscuit. On the palate chilled cranberry sauce & sour cherry that begs for a rich bite of anything for the acidity to cut through. Truly awesome, I wish I had more! - 100% Zinfandel from the Columbia Gorge AVA in Oregon - organic farming - native yeast fermentation - no fining or filtering - nothing added or taken away
