Long maceration, wine ages on its lees for several months. Organic farming, no fining, no filtering. Great nose, floral notes, rather long finish. Very drinkable at 14% vol. In one word - great!
C'est délicieux, une jolie bombe de fruit, une belle acidité mais très agréable car bel équilibre sur le côté juteux. C'est bien épicé et plutôt aromatique. C'est vraiment un joli vin assez poétique ! Bravo !

Everything from ‘tavijn’ is a party on itself. Aged for a year on three diffrent tanks, zero filtration. Minimal sulfites. Warming yet super fruity red wine. Alot of berries/ black fruit on palette.
