Un magnifique rosé en biodynamie qui a l’aveugle pourrait passer pour du blanc tant il est droit et fin. Un petit domaine qui fait un boulot incroyable et propose une cuvée de cinsault et grenache à la robe pâle et transparente. La bouche est vive juste comme il faut et si la couleur pourrait faire des arômes riquiquis, il n’en est rien car ce rosé est vineux et complexe: des fruits jaunes délicats et un final sur la fraise, c’est frais et subtil.
