Before starting her solo activity, Muriel worked as a plow and oenologist in the Sauzet estate, located in the Hérault and converted to organic viticulture. She also wants a natural and biodynamic behavior of its vines, that is to say respecting nature and living without any addition of sulfur. The terroir is predominantly clay and limestone, ideal for the production of wines of guard. Muriel chose to work with several grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Tannat, Abouriou and Syrah for reds and Sauvignon and Chardonnay for whites. For breeding, our winemaker tests different containers such as amphora or ovoid-shaped concrete vats.
