The Heretat Ferrer de la Vall estate has 23 hectares of organic vineyards. We work without plowing or fertilizing, with spontaneous vegetation cover and with minimal copper.
Our wines are monovarietal, fermentation is spontaneous and we do not use any oenological additive, we don't filter or clarify. We use just our grapes.
In the winery we work according to the lunar calendar with a predilection for the descending moon and flower or fruit days.
No orange wines at the moment.
