In our winery in Nou de Gaià (Tarragona), we have specialized in making organic wines without sulphites as we believe that it is more than a whim or an invention, but a need. We use biodynamic and regenerative techniques to return to the origins, cultivating the land with respect, organically. We use indigenous varieties to claim the natural and historical heritage left to us by our ancestors. We make wines by listening to them, opening our senses to what surrounds us. We avoid additives, preservatives and unnecessary interventions to make healthy and conscious wines. We seek that everything is fair and perfect in its own measure.
