The cultivation and vinification are necessarily carried out without chemical input (sheep compost, mine sulfur, Bordeaux mixture ... herbal teas, nettle manure, sexual confusion) and the least interventionist possible in the cellar (indigenous yeasts, base of the vat concrete concrete tank, earthenware jars, oak barrels) while using and minimizing the SO² (6%) used during certain stages and operations until bottling, in order to stay on wine profiles expressing minerality and freshness that gives us our beautiful seaside terroir.
Thus, from the outset we went on certification in AB by Ecocert (2009) and Biodynamie (2014 - Biodyvin followed by Ecocert). In order to strengthen our wines, we have also been able to enter the circle and group of Nicolas Joly (Renaissance Appellations) by participating for several years at the show Grenier St Jean January in Angers.
