Wine and Grain | Cortrada Wine making started with a trip to Italy. In 2013, he opened a wine vineyard while receiving training in wine grape cultivation and brewing. We have been releasing wine since 2015 through contract brewing. From the 2017 grapes, we are making wine only with grapes without adding anything other than grapes. We use only the minimum amount of pesticides necessary and do not use herbicides. While exploring ways to bring out the potential of the soil, we are facing the grapes.
