My Domaine ,Schaeffer-Woerly vineyard is located in the middle of the region of Alsace, in the city of Dambach-la-Ville. I have 8 Hectares vines growed in Bio certified since 2014. I'm a winemaker who does the best he can with what nature gives him!

The vineyard's unique terroir, Granitic, contributes to the distinctive character of their wines : Mineral and Acidity

Harvest is done by hand with a wonderfull team coming every year.

The vineyard practices sustainable viticulture, putting emphasis on natural farming methods and respecting the environment. On the Bernstein vines, we stop using mechanic and treatment. We think that vines had to be a link nature and his environnement.

In the cellar, i'm fanatic of tradition by using Alsatian barrel and Oak Barrel.
