The vines are Organic + Nature & Progrès, plow work 1 row out of 2, the other row mower, 4Kg of copper/ha/year, as much sulfur.

For the cellar, I leave the wine alone, no sulphites either during vatting or during storage. I'm new to the game so I don't really understand how everything works and it can change over time, but I still rack often (4 times before pouring) so that the lees are not in too much contact with the juice.
No filtration at bottling, careful racking.
Returnable and numbered bottles. No CRD / Marianne capsules because it has been useless since 2019 and no one knows what to do with it.
