In a small vineyard immersed in the green of the Belluno woods, at 420 s.l .., live, as in a painting, multiple colors: on the ground the herbs wild flowers and wildflowers, then the plan of intense green vines and more above, the white of the cherry blossoms and apple orchards. A framework that it smells of nature, biodiversity, love and transparency. In this suggestion where space and time seem to have stopped, the project of Fabiola and Maurizio, farmers in Valbelluna, flourishes: one biodynamic viticulture based on natural winemaking methods, simple and respectful of time. Medium-textured soil, with the presence of rocks and clayey background. Supply of nutrients through bovine manure, microorganisms actual and homeopathic preparations. The grapes, harvested by hand, are put for 3/4 in maceration for about three weeks. At the end of the fermentation a soft pressing follows and the wine obtained is aged in amphorae of terracotta. In the following September, the draft is performed with the addition in bottle of fresh wort.

In una piccola vigna immersa nel verde dei boschi bellunesi, a 420
s.l.., vivono, come in un dipinto, molteplici colori: a terra le erbe
spontanee e I fiori di campo, poi il piano delle viti verde intenso e, più
in alto, il bianco dei fiori dei ciliegi e dei meleti. Un quadro che
profuma di natura, di biodiversità, di amore e trasparenza. In questa
suggestione dove lo spazio e il tempo sembrano essersi fermati,
fiorisce il progetto di Fabiola e Maurizio, contadini in Valbelluna: una
viticoltura biodinamica basata su metodi di vinificazione naturale,
semplici e rispettosi del tempo.

Terreno di medio impasto, con presenza diroccia e sottofondo argilloso.
Apporto di sostanze nutritive tramite letame bovino, microrganismi
effettivi e preparati omeopatici.

L'uva, vendemmiata a mano, viene per 3/4 messa in
macerazione per circa tre settimane. Al termine della fermentazione
segue una pressatura soffice e il vino ottenuto affina in anfore di
terracotta.
Nel settembre successivo, il tiraggio viene eseguito con l'aggiunta in
bottiglia di mosto fresco.
